Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist with order processing, quotes, and invoicing
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
Provide product information and assist customers in finding the right solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service or sales support experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
