Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment for hourly manufacturing positions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the GTA labor market
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems like SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
