Personal Lines Insurance Advisor CGIC

Support clients with auto and home insurance at CGIC as an office-based Associate Insurance Advisor II working in English. Build informed coverage recommendations.
This regular full-time role uses broad knowledge of The Co-operators insurance products and services. You will focus on personal lines while supporting specialty lines sales, service, and profitable agency growth. Client reviews, underwriting, prospecting, and issue resolution are central responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on auto, home, and specialty coverages
Conduct front-line risk selection under underwriting guidelines
Complete client reviews across designated insurance portfolios
Identify products and services benefiting client needs
Achieve service, sales, quality, and productivity goals
Requirements:
In-depth auto and property insurance knowledge
Strong underwriting skills
General Insurance license required
Minimum two years insurance experience preferred
Effective communication and client relationship skills
Bring personal lines knowledge, underwriting judgment, and clear communication to CGIC’s client-focused insurance advisory work.
