Support healthcare supply chain operations in Calgary at Peter Lougheed Centre, coordinating procurement, shipping, receiving, and inventory for Diagnostic Imaging.
As a Supply Coordinator, you will independently manage supply distribution activities for the PLC Diagnostic Imaging team. Your work includes initiating orders, tracking medical surgical equipment, managing inventory, and coordinating loaner devices. You will also communicate with vendors, maintain documentation, and help keep supplies available for optimum patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate supply distribution across Diagnostic Imaging areas
Requisition direct purchases and follow timely vendor deliveries
Monitor stock levels and maintain consignment inventory records
Manage repairs, loaner devices, and equipment transactions
Provide customer service through supply-related communication
Requirements:

Grade 12 completion or equivalent education
Health care procurement experience
Shipping and receiving process experience
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Tact and courtesy with patients, staff, and physicians
Apply healthcare procurement, inventory management, and vendor communication skills within Calgary’s Diagnostic Imaging supply operations.
