TD’s Global Foreign Exchange team needs an analyst focused on FX derivatives, risk reporting, and clear communication with business partners.
This Market Risk Analyst supports FX options and short-term interest rate trading across TD Securities. You will validate sensitivities, VaR, stressed VaR, stress testing, and backtesting exposures. The position also develops practical knowledge of valuation concepts, trading strategies, and pricing principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and timely market risk reporting
Validate aggregated risk exposures against policies
Analyze day-over-day risk and P&L changes
Provide commentary to Risk Management and partners
Investigate methodology, model, system, and data issues
Requirements:

Degree or certificate in finance, mathematics, engineering, or related field
One or more years of relevant experience
Practical knowledge of financial markets and market risk
Ability to analyze drivers and communicate findings
Python, Bloomberg, Tableau, or analytical tools are assets
Use derivative product knowledge, risk measures, and analytical communication to strengthen reporting for TD’s global FX businesses.
