As an Emergency Response Operator, you'll be responsible for safeguarding environments while managing hazardous materials. Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education, relevant training, and a focus on safety and efficiency. The position also involves participating in emergency responses and various industrial services while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct environmental clean-up activities swiftly
• Ensure hazardous materials incident mitigation effectively
• Perform chemical transfers accurately
• Engage in technical rescue and firefighting tasks
• Provide consulting for dangerous goods handling
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• NFPA 472 Hazardous Material Operations certification
• Valid AZ or DZ license mandatory
• Available for on-call emergency responses
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
