Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Perform pre-testing to assist eye care procedures
• Educate patients on eyewear options and fit selection
• Interpret optical prescriptions from doctors
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient billing
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of optical experience required
• CCOA designation preferred
• Proficient in technology including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
