This position includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, offering a holistic approach that includes allied health professionals. Candidates will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing both urgent and primary care needs in a person-centred manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and pharmacists
• Ensure culturally safe patient interactions
• Support vulnerable and medically complex community members
• Participate in team-based care coordination
Requirements:
• CCFP certification required
• CMPA, CPSBC eligibility for a full license
• Experience in urgent primary care preferred
• Strong commitment to community health
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
