Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and decontaminate surgical instruments and supplies
• Operate sterilization and washing equipment
• Report and address malfunctioning equipment
• Maintain inventory of supplies in conjunction with the Supervisor
• Participate in departmental quality assurance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and recognized Sterile Supply Processing certification
• One year of related medical device processing experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of surgical terminology and inventory management
• Physical ability to perform the duties
