In this casual on-call Cook position, you will report to the Food Service Manager and play a vital role in preparing meals that meet the dietary needs of residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals based on regular and therapeutic menus
• Monitor food supplies and kitchen equipment operations
• Direct and guide Dietary Aides in their tasks
• Implement menu changes when necessary and document these
• Maintain records of food safety and service protocols

Requirements:
• Culinary management diploma or related certification
• Experience in large quantity cooking is preferred
• Red Seal certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to lead and direct a kitchen team
