In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Commercial Lines to maintain and enhance a book of business. Your focus will be on fostering long-term relationships and providing exceptional client service to drive Westland’s growth strategy. A minimum of 5 years’ experience and a RIBO License are required for candidates who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expand existing insurance programs and generate new business
• Cultivate authentic client relationships through superior service
• Analyze risks and prioritize product/service requirements
• Develop marketing submissions and negotiate terms for clients
• Provide proactive client support from sales to service
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines
• RIBO License and some progress towards CAIB or CIP designation
• Successful track record in customer acquisition
• Deep knowledge of insurance solutions
• Motivated and results-oriented mindset
