Retail Store Operations Coordinator

As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will lead and inspire Associates while maintaining strong customer experiences. The position covers merchandise processing, back room operations, task planning, and service policies. Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence across customer service and merchandise processing
Maintain standards through clear updates and team alignment
Plan, prioritize, and guide daily tasks
Train Associates on service policies and procedures

Requirements:
One to two years of retail or service experience
Strong understanding of customer needs and operational processes
Collaborative mindset supporting effective teamwork and positive relationships
Ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to challenges
