Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process service referrals and changes
• Review client needs and match suitable Community Health Workers
• Schedule and adjust Community Health Workers’ appointments
• Confirm completion of client services to referral clinician
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records
Requirements:
• Proof of graduation from an Office Administration Program
• Completed typing test (30+ NWPM) from a recognized institution
• Two years’ related experience or equivalent education
• Flexible and reliable availability for varied shifts
• Ability to adapt to changing needs
