Facilities Labourer Building Repairs

JLL is hiring a Facilities Labourer for a key client at Refinery Row in Edmonton. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will work Monday through Friday day shifts, provide on-call coverage, and respond to emergency or sick calls. The position involves general repairs, maintenance, site labour, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly and efficiently to client service requests
Open and action work orders using JLL’s CMMS software
Complete repairs involving flooring, painting, locks, hardware, and ceiling tiles
Maintain building equipment and assist with landscaping duties
Perform inspections, cleanup, deliveries, and material relocation
Requirements:
One to two years’ general building repairs or operations experience
Mechanical inclination and ability to perform regular property inspections
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet established schedules
