Crystal Lodge in Whistler Village is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent to turn enquiries into bookings and support revenue opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact, sharing local knowledge and delivering warm, personalised service.
You’ll manage day-to-day reservations via phone and email, maintain accurate availability across GDS, OTAs, and our website, and collaborate with Front Desk and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
