Calgary BMW seeks a Service Administrator skilled in customer service and repair order review. This Calgary dealership role offers automotive industry exposure.
The Service Administrator supports customer engagement, inventory exposure, and service operations at Calgary BMW. You will review completed work and charges, coordinate customer transportation, process payments, and maintain accurate records. The position also supports warranty administration and appointment confirmation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review repair orders, work performed, and corresponding charges
Coordinate completed work orders with the service manager
Arrange vehicle returns and customer transportation
Collect signatures, payments, and prepare daily cash sheets
File repair orders and input extended warranty details
Requirements:
