Senior Development Executive at CIFF

Join the Calgary International Film Festival as the Director of Development, a pivotal role creating impactful fundraising strategies and community connections through cinema.
This full-time position is designed for a senior leader passionate about philanthropy and the arts. Your focus will be on managing major gifts and fostering corporate partnerships to enhance CIFF’s sustainability. You will also mentor and lead a developing team within an created organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with major gift donors and corporate partners
• Oversee the execution of CIFF's individual giving programs
• Design donor engagement events in line with CIFF’s goals
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic initiatives
• Ensure accurate fundraising data management and operations
Requirements:
• A minimum of five years in senior fundraising roles
• Extensive experience in major gifts and partnership management
• Strong leadership abilities and team mentorship skills
• Proficiency in fundraising data systems is a plus
• Preferred qualifications in arts management or development
