SGS is seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator for its Energy Minerals department. This role involves managing client inquiries, guiding lab technicians, and ensuring laboratory operations meet client needs. You will also be accountable for customer retention and addressing any service concerns during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients regarding requirements and updates
• Organize and direct Lab and Prep Technicians
• Assist with customer service and support for sales
• Ensure Minerals Lab meets client requirements consistently
• Oversee project coordination and special assignments as needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a Science-related program
• Minimum one year of experience in a minerals laboratory
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
