Project Financial Analyst Clearway

Clearway seeks a Job Cost Analyst skilled in WIP analysis and project financial performance at its corporate office in Maple, Ontario.
Reporting to the Controller, this position supports financial management for complex construction projects. Responsibilities span job costing, project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, and month-end activities. The analyst works with Project Managers and operational teams to monitor costs, risks, change orders, cash flow, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor committed costs, budgets, change orders, and profitability
Analyze project risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
Support annual budgets and monthly forecasting updates
Prepare project summaries, rollups, and reporting packages
Maintain accurate project schedules and supporting financial information
Requirements:
Three to five years in construction job costing
Experience with WIP and cost-to-cost accounting
Construction ERP experience, preferably Jonas
Experience in heavy civil, utilities, or infrastructure preferred
Relevant accounting, finance, business, or construction management education
Bring WIP reporting, forecasting, and project analysis experience to Clearway’s construction finance team in Maple.
