Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to set measurable behavior goals
• Conduct ongoing behavioral assessments for client progress
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessments
• Deliver intervention and parent coaching to families
• Maintain accurate data records for client sessions
Requirements:
• Pursuing or holding BCBA/BCaBA certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with ASD individuals
• Commitment to ethical standards set by BACB
• Ability to utilize evidence-based practices
• Experience in family coaching and community training
