Shape data integrity with Medline Canada as a remote Product Master Data Coordinator based in Mississauga. This role focuses on managing Item Master Data to support healthcare solutions.
As part of the Item Master Data (IMD) team, you will handle maintenance and accuracy of materials. Collaborate with various departments, manage incoming requests, and support the IMD Lead Coordinator in data entry and modifications. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will significantly contribute to timely project completion and successful data uploads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the IMD mailbox for prioritizing requests
• Collaborate on project and phone/email requests
• Review and refine data uploads for accuracy
• Create training documentation for team members
• Assist in testing system break and fix issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of data management experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Independent problem-solving abilities
