At De Havilland, you'll work under the HR Operations Manager, contributing to full-cycle recruiting across the company. Your role will involve evaluating hiring needs, developing candidate pools, and utilizing social media for effective recruitment. You'll also engage with HR Business Partners to fill internal vacancies and support the evaluation of key performance indicators related to hiring trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate recruitment needs with HR leadership and executives
• Provide full cycle recruitment support, including candidate screening
• Develop talent pools for high-volume hiring needs
• Analyze KPIs to track manpower and resourcing effectiveness
• Facilitate necessary pre-employment screenings and testing
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in HR or related field
• 5-7 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset
• Expertise in social media recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of Canadian Labour Laws and ATS experience
