In this position, you will provide professional HR advisory services to employees and leaders. With 3-5 years of broad HR experience, you'll be responsible for supporting workplace investigations, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Your expertise in policy interpretation and performance management will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate onboarding
• Provide HR policy interpretation and guidance
• Support workplace investigations and employee relations
• Monitor legislative developments and recommend policy updates
• Partner with managers for employee development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP designation preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
• Working knowledge of HR legislations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
