This Account Executive, Private Client position focuses on selling brokerage services and managing Personal insurance relationships. You will develop new business, maintain a sales pipeline, and pursue revenue and activity targets. Regular reviews, networking, insurer relationships, and referrals support broader business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell brokerage services to achieve revenue and activity quotas
Maintain sales pipelines and develop new opportunities
Attend networking events and source external leads
Build insurer relationships supporting pricing and claims handling
Refer opportunities outside specialty areas to Account Executives
Requirements:

Minimum five years of Personal insurance experience
Level 2 insurance license through British Columbia or equivalent
Ability to obtain a British Columbia insurance license
Post-secondary degree considered an asset
Strong relationship-building and time-management abilities
