ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY is seeking a Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist. This hybrid role supports the Legal Department with intake, contract operations, matter tracking, bankruptcy and credit reporting support, and process improvements.
The position offers a base of strong hourly pay, a benefits package, and an annual incentive based on performance. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility to meet business needs.
