Candidates pursuing degrees in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics are preferred. This role requires organization, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset while navigating diverse project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and document project meetings and communications
• Collect project data and assist with scheduling updates
• Track and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain lessons learned records effectively
• Support document management and administrative systems
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a 3+ year university degree
• Previous experience in a technical environment an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• Ability to work independently and in teams
