As a Leasing Agent, you will meet prospective tenants and turn interest into completed offers. The work combines residential leasing, sales, closing, and follow-up. You will also prepare properties, maintain prospect information, and assist with digital leasing tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct residential property showings across assigned territory
Prepare properties before scheduled appointments
Present properties and understand prospect priorities
Handle price, feature, and competing-rental objections
Convert interested prospects into completed offers
Requirements:

Two-plus years of relevant leasing, real estate, or sales experience
Strong sales, objection-handling, and closing skills
Confidence asking prospects to take the next step
Independent decision-making, communication, organization, and time management
Reliable vehicle and flexible evening or weekend availability
