• Plan, develop, and facilitate leisure activities for residents
• Create engaging environments that encourage participation
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Observe and document changes in residents' engagement
• Support all departments in enhancing resident experiences
Requirements:
• Experience with seniors in long-term care preferred
• Diploma or degree in recreation or related field
• Knowledge of therapeutic recreation principles
• Skills in activity planning and assessment documentation
• Capability to promote resident engagement through activities
