As an Investment Specialist, you will place customers at the centre of every interaction and decision. BMO Investment Centre relies on your investment passion, market awareness, and ability to understand financial situations. You will educate customers, help them pursue financial goals, and support onboarding, Mutual Fund transactions, and Term investments. All activities follow approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide wealth and investment-related sales and service
Educate customers about investment products and services
Understand customer needs during inbound calls
Support account onboarding and investment transactions
Ensure activities follow approved procedures
Requirements:
One to three years of relevant professional experience
Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada Course completed
Awareness of competitive marketplace trends
Knowledge of regulated industry standards and regulations
Resilient, passionate, curious approach to customer service
Bring market knowledge, customer focus, and investment expertise to BMO’s remote wealth sales and service team.
