Inventory Returns Planner

Lead accurate stock returns and supplier credits at Frontline Group while coordinating collections, disposal, and related supply chain activity. Work informally across hybrid arrangements, with at least eight office days every four weeks.
This Operations Planner role focuses on returns data, authorisations, collections, and completion. You will use Excel and stock management systems while applying inventory management, analytical, and organisational skills. The role supports efficient activity and measurable improvements in stock performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare returns data and request supplier authorisations
Produce weekly delist and potential returns reports
Coordinate cost-effective returns and required paperwork
Share allocation files and promotional tracking information
Recommend improvements from return and variance analysis
Requirements:

Logistics, distribution, FMCG, or media distribution experience
Knowledge of supply chain or production planning
Confidence analysing information and working with numbers
Effective communication with varied stakeholders
Resourceful approach and constructive challenge
Bring returns planning, supplier communication, and inventory analysis expertise to a role improving operational accuracy and stock performance.
