Preventative Care Dental Hygienist

Apply preventative hygiene expertise at Munroe Dental Centre, supporting patient care through scaling, whitening, and oral health education. The schedule is Mondays and Fridays.
This Dental Hygienist role combines clinical preventative services with patient counselling and tailored care. You will perform scaling, root planing, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening for patients. You will introduce preventative techniques, establish patient loyalty, and maintain ethical and professional behaviour. Located in East Kildonan, the practice serves Winnipeg with cleanings, crown and bridge, implants, cosmetic dentistry, minor orthodontics, and oral surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive clinical preventative hygiene services
Perform root planing, polishing, and topical fluoride treatments
Provide sealants and whitening services to patients
Educate patients about new preventative techniques
Deliver tailored experiences based on patient expectations
Requirements:
Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
Registration with the provincial regulatory body
Good standing as a Dental Hygienist
Current valid CPR certification
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Use clinical preventative services, counselling, and tailored patient care to support Munroe Dental Centre’s established practice.
