Surface Safety Systems Lead Hand
Stream-Flo
Lead Surface Safety Systems assembly and testing through hands-on supervision, workload delegation, and team guidance within the Stream-Flo Group.
As Lead Hand, you supervise, direct, and assist Assembly Technicians with daily duties. You coordinate department activities, support production personnel, and help maintain productivity. The work includes records, training documentation, equipment oversight, and standard SSS farmout scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist Surface Safety Systems Assembly Technicians
Complete paperwork and records for assembly and testing
Delegate scheduled workload according to priorities and instructions
Coordinate department activities with the Supervisor
Train employees and verify completed documentation
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Five years’ related industry experience preferred
Three years’ leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of SSS equipment assembly and testing procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
