Key Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio of inbound and outbound opportunities

• Implement risk-aware practices and document decisions

Requirements:
• 4+ years in customer-facing sales or operations
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships
• Experience in fintech or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with CRM tools
