This role, reporting directly to the Director, focuses on organizing workers, equipment, and tasks for projects related to Civil Engineering and Roadwork. You'll oversee project performance, manage budgets, and ensure quality and safety on-site while providing leadership and guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects according to design and budget
• Monitor equipment, manpower, and project schedule
• Provide leadership and enforce safety standards
• Supervise and assess direct reports' performance
• Oversee project closeout and compliance
Requirements:
• 10+ years of construction site experience
• Expertise in road construction methods
• Proficient in reading plans and specifications
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Valid Class G driver’s license
