As a vital part of the Business Solutions Engineering Team, you will oversee a group of tech specialists, guiding them towards continuous improvement and excellence. With at least 10 years of experience, you will manage the development and implementation of enterprise software solutions while collaborating closely with business sectors to identify and fulfill their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of business systems across multiple platforms
• Manage large scale enterprise software implementations
• Coach internal and external developer teams effectively
• Foster collaboration between internal and external resources
• Deliver technology guidance to business stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
• Minimum of 10 years technology solutions experience
• Strong knowledge of modern architectures (SaaS, APIs, microservices)
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps)
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English
