The Congregation is seeking a values-driven Executive Director of Operations who will guide multiple ministries and locations in Ontario. The successful candidate will engage in succession planning, mentorship, and develop a strong team dynamic. This position calls for someone who can uphold the organization's mission while driving operational efficiency and financial stewardship across diverse services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple locations
• Oversee financial management and resource stewardship
• Lead innovative initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness
• Manage real estate strategies and property sales effectively
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required
• Strong acumen in non-profit operations and finance
• Expertise in managing complex projects and teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
