Grantek’s Panel Builder role focuses on installing machine controls and completing wiring for automated equipment. The company provides automation, smart manufacturing, and industrial information solutions to major clients. You will fabricate brackets, connect field devices, troubleshoot defects, repair systems, and communicate project status to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Wire panels by following electrical schematics
Connect panel I/O and field-mounted I/O devices
Fabricate brackets for mounted electrical components
Diagnose trouble and determine corrective system action
Report assigned project status to management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Some college or technical school coursework
Two or more years wiring automated equipment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to use related test equipment
Apply hands-on wiring, fabrication, and troubleshooting abilities while integrating machine controls into Grantek’s custom automation equipment.
