You will collaborate with stakeholders, design learning programs, and promote a continuous learning culture. Key Responsibilities:
Identify talent development needs with internal stakeholders
Design and implement leadership and artificial intelligence programs
Integrate emerging trends and industry best practices
Measure program impact and adjust approaches
Communicate project progress, issues, and results
Requirements:
University degree in a related discipline
Minimum five years designing and implementing development programs
Strong analytical skills and project-based work interest
Comfort using artificial intelligence tools
Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency
