As part of the Mill Maintenance team, you will report to the Supervisor and play a critical role in maintaining high operational standards. This position features a 4x4 work rotation, ensuring work-life balance. Ideal candidates should possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively, all while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in safety and environmental practices
• Perform machinery installation, repair, and preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Operate various lifting and hoisting equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Requirements:
• Previous industrial experience is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work shift roles
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Valid driver's license required
