Food and Beverage Manager Lora Bay

Lead food and beverage operations at Lora Bay Golf Club in Thornbury, using guest service, team leadership, and Smart Serve expertise.
This experienced Food and Beverage Manager supervises outlet operations across a seasonal golf environment. You will coordinate staff, control inventories, manage service standards, and support accurate POS reporting. The position requires three or more years of restaurant management experience, preferably within a resort or hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, communicate, and motivate outlet staff
Assist with supply ordering and inventory control
Maintain onsite presence during peak services and conferences
Manage revenues, costs, budgets, and labor percentages
Document guest complaints and follow up on issues
Requirements:
Three or more years of restaurant management experience
Smart Serve certification
Computer literacy with Excel, Outlook, Windows, and Jonas POS
Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
Food Handling and First Aid/CPR certification are assets
