Retail Construction Site Supervisor

Lead retail construction sites across Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Niagara using scheduling, compliance, and crew coordination expertise on primarily night shifts.
As Site Supervisor, you oversee commercial and retail construction activities from planning through close-out. You direct crews, interpret drawings, monitor budgets, and communicate progress with Project Managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients. BRICON projects typically range from smaller six-to-twelve-week builds to $3 million to $5 million projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct retail and commercial construction worksite activities
Develop schedules and monitor progress against milestones
Coordinate crews, staffing, equipment, and materials
Conduct safety inspections and enforce PPE requirements
Complete documentation, reports, and project close-out
Requirements:
Retail or commercial construction industry experience
Familiarity with $3 million to $5 million project scopes
Valid Class G driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural drawings
Comfort working primarily 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM shifts
Bring construction leadership, schedule control, safety knowledge, and drawing interpretation skills to BRICON's retail projects.
