Senior Foot And Ankle Sales Manager
Stryker
Drive Stryker Foot & Ankle sales across Finland using territory strategy, complex negotiations, and customer-focused medical technology expertise.
This senior individual contributor role owns sales performance, customer value, and commercial growth. You will develop account plans, lead opportunities, advise stakeholders, and collaborate across functions. The position includes training on Stryker’s product portfolio and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own sales performance for assigned territories and accounts
Develop territory and account plans using commercial insight
Lead complex sales opportunities, tenders, and negotiations
Build trusted clinical, commercial, and administrative relationships
Provide clinical support in the operating room
Requirements:
Degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
Five or more years’ experience, including sales experience
Fluency in Finnish and English communications
Commercial awareness, resilience, and technical sales interest
Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel across Finland
Use strategic selling, clinical insight, and trusted partnerships to grow Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business across Finland.
