Join the West Vancouver Community Services as a casual Gymnastics Coach. Focus on coaching children and fostering their gymnastics fundamentals while making a positive community impact.
We are looking for enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to work with preschoolers to adults. Your role involves creating engaging lesson plans and mentoring junior staff. Coaches must communicate effectively with families and ensure safety while providing a fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and take down gym circuits and equipment
• Manage attendance and keep classes on schedule
• Guide and evaluate Junior Coaches and CITs
• Conduct lessons and compile report cards
• Maintain cleanliness of gymnastics facilities
Requirements:
• Minimum Level 1 Gymnastics and Trampoline certification
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Experience working with children and youth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Completion of Respect in Sport and Making Ethical Decisions
