Civil Engineering Project Manager Municipal Infrastructure

Manage municipal infrastructure projects using strong client communication, cost control, and technical expertise. Occasional site visits are part of the work.
As lead designer and project manager, you will guide multidisciplinary urban infrastructure mandates from initial studies to construction support. Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, monitoring deliverables, and managing changes. You will advise clients, municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders while supporting profitable mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and required resources
Monitor deliverables, budgets, schedules, and scope changes
Present concepts, recommendations, and financial implications
Participate in bid analysis, meetings, and site visits
Guide junior engineers, CPIs, technicians, and drafters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and OIQ membership
Six to eight years of relevant professional experience
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and plans
Experience with municipal, institutional, industrial, or private clients
Good Microsoft 365 command and valid driver's license
Bring project leadership, client advocacy, organization, and profitability awareness to complex civil infrastructure design and management.
