Compensation Strategy Manager

Shape compensation strategy at RB Global across the United States and Canada through market research, analysis, and hands-on program leadership.
As Compensation Manager, you will lead three team members and partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, business leaders, and other People Team workgroups. You will manage programs supporting employees at all levels while aligning compensation practices with organizational goals. The work includes annual merit, equity grant, and incentive bonus programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement RB Global's compensation strategy
Manage annual merit, equity grant, and incentive programs
Lead a team of three compensation professionals
Build job architecture and strengthen governance controls
Partner with People, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders
Requirements:
Strong market research and compensation analysis skills
Experience designing incentive programs
Experience managing compensation programs across the United States and Canada
Global or multi-country compensation experience is strongly preferred
Bring compensation analysis, incentive design, and governance expertise to RB Global's North American compensation programs.
