Elevate community engagement with Millwood Retirement Residence as a Community Relations Manager. This role focuses on driving sales, creating strategic partnerships, and fostering kindness in Toronto, ON.
As the Community Relations Manager, you will report to the General Manager and utilize your sales expertise to enhance resident occupancy. Your responsibilities include leveraging consultative sales processes, managing inquiries, and conducting personal visits. You'll track sales in the Customer Relationship System and develop marketing plans that resonate with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the HOME Selling consultative sales process
• Drive occupancy and meet sales targets
• Manage inquiries and convert them to visits
• Conduct personal visits and follow up on leads
• Develop marketing strategies and social events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in sales or marketing
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for seniors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
