This role is ideal for experienced drivers looking to contribute positively to their surroundings. You will be responsible for driving established routes, collecting unwanted items, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Your role will help divert waste from landfills and support Diabetes Canada’s mission in over 2,500 communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a 3-Ton truck for garbage collection
• Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Complete Hours-of-Service Logs and paperwork
• Check in with dispatch regularly during routes
• Provide message cards to each donor

Requirements:
• Must have a Full Class 5 or G license
• Minimum 5 years driving experience required
• Clean driver abstract with no recent violations
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and read maps
• Strong communication skills for public interaction
