Shape NAIT decisions through business intelligence, data modelling, and reporting while supporting flexible on-campus, off-site, or hybrid work arrangements.
As a Data and Insight Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Data and Insights. You will build data models, pipelines, dashboards, and reports for decision makers across campus. Your work includes Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, Excel, and Microsoft Fabric.
Key Responsibilities:

Own analysis and reporting requests from requirements through deployed output
Design, test, and deploy business intelligence solutions
Source, cleanse, and model large data sets
Explore trends and communicate findings through visualization
Maintain data confidentiality, quality, security, and privacy
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the position
Minimum four years working with institutional data
Advanced Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, and Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms is an asset
Apply data modelling, visualization, and business intelligence expertise to deliver trusted insights for NAIT stakeholders across campus.
