St. Boniface Hospital seeks a dedicated Clinical Resource Nurse to support its Labour Delivery Recovery unit. You will provide clinical guidance to nursing staff while ensuring top-quality patient outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to collaborative care, effective communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical expertise to nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care within the healthcare team
• Ensure quality patient care outcomes
• Promote interprofessional, patient-centered care
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in patient care
Requirements:
• Two years of recent high-risk Labour and Delivery experience
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Bachelor of Nursing preferred or equivalent
• Current registration with CRNM required
• Annual BLS Level C certification needed
