Oversee Sentrex Pharmacy’s daily dispensary technical operations and coordinate staff scheduling. This supervisor role requires pharmacy practice experience, operational accuracy, and strong communication. You will support workflow, customer inquiries, technology implementations, inventory, payroll, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
Coordinate workflow, dispensing, shipping, and staff schedules
Lead, train, mentor, and assess dispensary staff
Manage payroll, performance, hiring, and evaluations
Resolve operational issues and support technology upgrades
Requirements:
Minimum two years of pharmacy practice experience
Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician diploma preferred
Team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Kroll, Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word proficiency
English communication, organization, and leadership skills
